Wendy is an experienced business executive and executive coach. She has been coaching since 2010. Prior to this, she spent 24 years in the corporate world, 15 of which were spent at executive management level. She specialised in the marketing and brand strategy where she worked across various industries in blue chip companies namely, Toyota SA Marketing, MTN cellular and financial services (Standard Bank, Absa and Nedbank). Her career saw many varying roles and responsibilities, which spanned product-market planning, loyalty and CRM, product and services marketing, and group brand strategy development and management.
Wendy is active in addressing the leadership gap and chooses to work with leaders who are obsessed with bringing out the best in themselves and their people by equipping them with the practices and behaviours to support this intention.
Wendy brings both compassion and challenge to her clients to ensure mindful integration of the brain/body system for High Performance.
